designing spaces for living, listening, and connecting.

about me

My first job was working in a cereal manufacturing plant in a small Georgia town. Since then, I’ve worked in pharmaceutical, FinTech, and tech (big and small), in a variety of roles focused on engaging employees. I’ve worked with audiences as small as 500 to as large as 80,000, and from corporate to women’s circles.

In my Internal Communications tenure, I’ve led communication strategies globally, as well as for Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering/Product teams, People, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I supplement my expertise with my background in HR, where I worked as a generalist, leadership coach, and learning and development trainer. I am data-driven and creatively-informed.

In my free time, I write, interior design/DIY, sketch comedy, and love a good Hip Hop Monday’s Soulcycle class. I’m proud of my podcast that I had the privilege of doing for 3 years, Down to Brown, on Spotify.

When I’m not keeping busy, I’m enjoying my dog and human child’s company, cooking an Ina Garten recipe, and adventuring city walks.
